Morgan leads the Insurance Benefits practice at Maven Group and brings a great deal of experience to the table. He started his career in 2008 as an Individual and Small Group Health Insurance Agent. Shortly after, He joined ADP as an HCM Consultant while also serving as an Employee Benefits Consultant and Property & Casualty Broker through their Insurance Agency division. He spent almost 11 years at ADP in both consultant and leadership roles. Prior to joining Maven Associates, Morgan worked for Alight Solutions which is one of the largest providers of benefit administration technology and services in the US. Outside of work he enjoys golfing, cooking, and spending time with his wife and 3 children.
